Shipping and Returns Policy

We offer free standard shipping in the United States for orders above $50. Free shipping will be applied during checkout.

Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! In case you are dissatisfied with your order, we are happy to accept your return and offer a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the courier notification date of delivery, free of charge. To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

  • Items must be undamaged and unaltered.
  • They must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
  • We will email you a fully insured, free shipping label once your return request is processed. The items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the shipping label being sent.
  • Before returning your items, please take extra care to pack them securely to avoid damage in transit. We inspect all returns before accepting them and will not be able to accept damaged products. If we do not receive your return package in the condition described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or apply a fee.
  • Please note that ALL international orders are FINAL SALE.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or send us an email to support@feelinggoldjewelry.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Feeling Gold Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. 

Feeling Gold Jewelry is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping if you choose to ship them yourself.

After Your Return Is Received

We process returns on weekdays and typically enter them into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Please allow five to fifteen business days for the return process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, your credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
